This information note has been complied to assist you in the preparation for your trip to Tokyo, Japan to participate in the 45th Annual Conference of the International Association for Time Use Research.

There are two international airports in and around Tokyo, Narita International Airport (NRT) and Haneda Airport (HND).

From Haneda Airport, take the Keikyu Line to Shinagawa Station and change trains to the JR Yamanote Line that goes in the direction of Shibuya. Get off at Shinjuku Station. It takes about a 5-minute walk from the west exit of Shinjuku Station to the hotel.

(1) Weather in Tokyo

November is one of the best seasons to visit the city, the weather is mild (slightly chilly) with low- rainfall. The average temperature of November 2022 was 14.5ºC (the lowest 7.7ºC and the highest 24.3ºC). (2) Currency: JPY (Japanese Yen)
