Oral presentation
- 20 minutes is reserved for the presentation and 5-10 minutes for the comments from the floor. Anyway, total 30 minutes per presenter are reserved for presentation and comments.
- Kindly bring your material in Power Point (pptx) or in pdf format (PC, Windows, Microsoft Office) on a USB stick to the room where your presentation takes place, for uploading it on the computer, 10 minutes before your session.
- There will be an assistant in all sessions rooms to help you with uploading. To avoid any technical problems, please do not use your own computer.
- We recommend that the chair acts as a timekeeper, thus ensuring there is sufficient time for the last presentation. An organizing committee member will generally be in the room to help the chair.
Poster presentation
- Posters are scheduled to be set up on the first day of the main conference and will be on display throughout the event.
- During the poster session time, 11:00-11:30 on November 29 and 30, presenters are expected to remain at their individual displays to be available for questions and informal discussion of the poster content.
- IMPORTANT: Participants wishing to present a poster are kindly required to prepare a poster in A0 portrait format of 841(W)×1189(H) mm. Each poster will be displayed in the coffee break room, 42nd floor at an allocated poster board of size 900(W)×2100(H) mm.
- Please ensure that you print your hardcopy poster before coming and bring it to the IATUR conference with you. No poster printing service will be available at the conference venue.
- In case you decide to have your poster printed in Tokyo, there are two print shops near the conference venue:
