CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation requests received by 15 August 2024 will be refunded in full.
Cancellation requests received between 15 August 2024 and 6 September 2024 will be refunded after a deduction of a 50-euro administrative fee.
50% of registration costs will be refunded if cancellation requests are received between 7 September and 6 October 2024.
Requests for refund will be denied once the conference begins. Any administrative costs related to refunds will be passed on to the registered. To convert the fee, please contact the organizers.
