Cancellation requests received by 1 July 2022 will be refunded in full.
Cancellation requests received between 2 July 2022 and 29 July 2022 will be refunded after deduction of a 50 Euro administration fee.
50% of registration costs will be refunded if cancellation requests are received between 30 July 2022 and 15 August 2022. Request for refund will be denied once the conference begins. Any administrative costs related to refunds will be passed on to the registered. To convert the fee, please contact the organizers.
