The forthcoming Residencia Universitaria El Faro is ideally situated in the Moncloa neighbourhood of downtown Madrid where the university campus meets the city center. El Faro will have the latest in services and full-board accommodation for students. It will have 358 beds in individual and twin rooms, several study rooms, a gym, games and common rooms as well as an onsite laundry. There will be super fast broadband and WiFi throughout the building. We have no tv in the rooms, not dispense amenitties in the rooms and the cleanliness of the same is made once a week.
