Networking event and welcome drink. The welcome drink is included in the conference fee and there is no additional fee for accompanying persons.

Before the conference dinner, we will take the participants to the castle at the old city by bus. Then we will make a walking tour at the Castle and the Samanpazarı neigbourhood with traditional old houses. This tour is free of charge. But there is no dinner included in the excursion. One should expect to pay around 2-5 euros for late afternoon snacks in the cafes around the castle.
